Our services

Small commercial duct cleaning.

We clean the air ducts and vents of small commercial spaces such as shops, offices and studios, planned around your opening hours. Larger or specialized systems may need a site visit first, and we will tell you honestly whether a building is a fit.

On a bright snowy morning a technician carrying an equipment case steps through the front door of a modern Minnesota home while the homeowner, holding a coffee mug, welcomes him.
In an older basement with white stone walls, a technician connects a large vacuum hose to the main duct beside the furnace.

Who is small commercial duct cleaning for?

It is for owners and property managers of smaller buildings who want the duct system cleaned without disrupting the business: retail shops, offices, studios, small clinics and similar spaces. If you are not sure whether your building counts as small, describe it and we will say.

When is it worth doing?

  • Before you move into or open a space, so you know what you are starting with.
  • After construction or a renovation, when dust may have been drawn into the ducts.
  • When you see dust collecting at diffusers and return grilles.
  • As part of regular building upkeep, on a schedule that suits the building.

We look atThe vents and accessible ductwork, and how the space is used day to day.
We cleanThe accessible ducts and vent openings, planned around when the business is open.
We reportWhat we found and what we cleaned. Anything outside cleaning goes in the report.

Ceiling diffusers, return grilles and the main runs we can reach are the usual starting points.

How do we work around your business?

Tell us your opening hours and any busy periods when you request a quote. We talk through timing before work starts, so the visit fits around customers, staff and deliveries instead of the other way around.

Dryer vents in commercial spaces, such as a small laundry room in a building, can be cleaned as part of the same visit. See dryer vent cleaning.

What should you know first?

  • Cleaning removes build-up from ducts. It does not repair damaged ducts or replace HVAC service, and we do not do HVAC, electrical or gas work.
  • Larger buildings and specialized systems may need a site visit before we can quote the work.
  • A camera inspection can show the condition of the ducts before you decide.
